Are your gemstones certified?
Yes. Every piece is BIS hallmarked where applicable and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Our gemstones are lab-tested and sourced through GJEPC-certified channels.
Are your crystals 100% natural?
Always. We never sell synthetics or dyed stones. Each crystal is individually checked for authenticity before it ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping within India on orders above ₹999. We ship worldwide, with express options available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer 7-day returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Custom and personalised pieces are non-returnable.
How do I care for my crystals and silver?
Keep pieces away from water, perfume and harsh chemicals, store them in the pouch provided, and recharge crystals under moonlight monthly. See our Crystal Care Guide for more.
